"I sing of soft flowers, bubbling streams and quiet wind
If half of the quiet joys of the earth,
Love in all its peace - has helped me to discover
When my whole being, my whole life ... "
Now, unlike all other trip reports I've written these days, it can be like a piece of my fantasies, emotional sound. And for that matter, who said on Earth, tell his honeymoon Ventures / escapades would just love to express to you whatBeauty, peace and joy of life that was waiting to be discovered paradise, honeymoon, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! As for me, it's been a very valuable and I personally do not the eloquence of words to describe it for years have found, it would not be settled at the insistence of my husband to pin my thoughts were on them. So I dedicate this one to be none other than my darling, and the constant love and affection that kept us close to the center of all sharesLive!
What can I say, when love was in the form of his peaceful and under the waves crashing the beach, silent prayers in the temple raised, and amidst the exotic beauty of the coconut trees?
The die-hard romantic that I used in my university days teenybopper, I had always dreamed of an ideal time from the point of view of a pristine beach to start announcing the sand flirt with our feet, flowing with the waves of a new, interesting interaction, with the silenceintertwined with soft whispers. And believe me or not, all that really came into my life, not my first day, but on my honeymoon on the beach in Kovalam, Kerala! How can I ever forget the date? It 'was a new beginning for me, December 3, the day we left for our flight to Trivandrum in the middle of a foggy winter morning in Calcutta soon!
Why do we like our beaches and Kerala honeymoon destination:
Strictly speaking, the beach have different positions in Indiajust fascinated me since my childhood. Moreover, since both had just enough Decided not visiting some place, it would be crowded (Common Criteria enough for the honeymoon!) And at the same time would be exotic for life Remember, too, we agreed unanimously to public beach sites Kovalam and exploration of exquisite beauty of ponds Alleppey. And while I've heard some people say that the beaches are the same everywhere, I instinctivelyfeel that it is not so in Kerala. And why not? Bound by the exotic Arabian Sea to the west, with its long coastline extending up to 600 km, we can safely say that the small state of Kerala is home to some of the best beaches in the country, or rather the world!
Speaking of beaches, I personally do not know why the beaches of Kerala have taken a back seat when the Indian tourists are concerned. Most of us blame the huge popularity of KeralaBack Waters for her, but if you ask me, fine, otherwise you will find surf sweet crystal clear water and palm trees crowned by a beautiful sea of coconut and is adorned with sandy beaches, rocky cliffs? Most of the beaches and beauty of Kerala lies in the fact that all parties are very beautiful at the same time calm and peaceful, less influenced by seasonal crowd. And all three days we spent in Kerala Beachesincluding Kovalam, we celebrated their peace, solitude and unspoiled beauty, with some parts of the divine moments together and watched the small, picturesque fishing villages, some old pillars in the sea, lagoons, vast lakes and numerous fresh water rivers extend . On the beach at Kovalam place, we enjoyed the sight of a small village along the coast, the lighthouse beach is exquisite. Shankhamugam on the beach, on the other hand, we were happy to live one of theever more breathtaking sunsets in the picturesque surroundings is a popular meeting place for lovers of the sunset. Another charming beach was the perfect hideaway beach Thirumullavaram morning when we started our day to see the swaying palm trees, and watched the local fishermen, who together with the sea in search of their catch! On the one hand, we were increasingly impressed by the beauty of undisturbed beaches all while on the other hand, we were just enjoying ourfeeling of pure joy and easy to find the contrast between the blue water and sky! Everything around us was a piece of paradise, who was always happy with the sweet nectar of our being together!
Our prayers in the temple Padmanabhaswamy:
Since I had already heard and read some stories about fabulous tradition gray temple on the southern state of Kerala, we had all decided that we would visit without seeing at least some of them incomplete. Moreover, as most married Hindu wives, I had also extended some romantic inclinations toward offering prayers and "puja" to the gentlemen for both of our lives, our future and our solidarity! Well, I can still clearly remember the day we paid a short visit to the temple exquisite Padmanabhaswamy, as we have just fascinated with its unique architecture temple and the quiet serenity within the confines of the temple's huge! To sync with the mood, I dressed completely in aTraditional South Indian Ensemble, bought some flowers from the local market and hung them around my hair brittle as Keralite bride, and I have every moment of it! The day started with our pure miracle in the exploration of the wonderful architecture of the temple Padmanabhaswamy and peaceful atmosphere of the divine within. One of the largest and one of the oldest temples in Kerala is a living tradition, led for years with art and music related. Uselessto say, the show was more impressive than the interior of the temple, their sanctuary, presents an imposing image of Vishnu in the attitude Anantasayanam, a picture we've seen through three doors in front of the shrine. It 'was a sunny Sunday morning, and the massive collection in front of the sanctuary was enough to give us the religious fervor of the people there! But beyond mere religious persecution of the people, we are increasingly impressed with the style of Dravidian temple architecture, the 100Feet high "Gopuram '(built in the style of ancient Dravidian) and its magnificent wall paintings and stone carvings! No wonder then that working with a colorful calendar of celebrations, the amalgam of brick, wood, murals and sculptures, in harmony with a structure of living traditions of the region, the temple Padmanabhaswamy high, as seen among the 108 temples dedicated to Vishnu in India. For me, the temple was fascinating to say the least (we, despite thestrict service protocols), emphasizes fully on the sanctity, simplicity and a prevailing naturalism which marked the worship of the Lord Padmanabhaswamy.
The journey to the beautiful backwaters Alleppey:
The day was the 6th December and the morning had made a favorable ruling from the rest of the temple. Well, we had very little time available Tiruvanandapuram, the site of the temple, as we left for another fantastic journey, had a night in a sweet, picturesque houseboat to explore the exquisite beauty of the lagoons Alleppey (Alappuzha backwaters now called) and the cluster of beautiful small islands. We already had a one night cruise on a boat we had booked the beauty of Alappuzha, and we would spend the night in the tranquility of the quiet lagoons. The same idea was so romantic, that when we tried to reach the coastal town of Alleppey, we still have to note that our driver hasconfused with the direction and we were always very late, when our scheduled time! But after much controversy and confusion, we reached the coast, where our small boat romantic house in the middle of the drizzling rain to see a network of lakes and lagoons and canals that criss-cross one another SAT! I had never seen a celestial show anywhere! Visitors from around the world have the Alappuzha as the 'Venice of the East. Rightly so, because it was the homerivers and canals perfect image from any other place in the East. Enjoy a romantic sunset with a beautiful view of the lagoons and the drops of rain that had not yet done so the setting of this world, we were in our small, cozy house boat for our trip stagnation after dark. Sailing along the "Kettuvallam" (Houseboat) through the enchanting backwaters of Alappuzha, the experience of a lifetime, even if the journey had to stop after a while 'tofurious winds and heavy rain. Our boat was then stay somewhere near the coast and we were on the boat anchored for the night and then begin our journey the next morning when the storm cooled. Our room was a house boat, including a picturesque sun deck, a cozy bedroom and adjoining bathroom, with excellent construction and luxurious furnishing with exquisite flooring, hull and valavara (canopy). The reason I am describing the interior of the house boat is that it is atotally relaxing experience for me as entirely different in his first appeal in the midst of a naturalistic picture-postcard setting of lakes, lagoons, canals and rivers. And even if house boat operators had their share of mistakes, they made up with some 'amazing authentic cuisine of Kerala, including some interesting tidbits with the local fish!
The next day, should start early in the morning, and cool the storm, and we have the blue sky, you may now seeSail through the backwaters again. And see what we see as we begin the journey back pressure? Palm narrow canals winding through the plains of rice fields, clean villages along both sides of the channels through it, and especially a bewildering labyrinth of shimmering waterways, lakes, canals, streams and rivers! In addition, our path, we explored the picturesque landscape of Kuttanad (the "rice bowl of Kerala 'because of its wealth of paddy crops) with itsglistening, its dense tropical vegetation and its rich culture of bananas! They were fishing nets of local fishermen who flock of ducks swim banks and tiny birds flying in the air, sniffing deeply into the life of the vibrant nature Kuttinad magic!
In the late afternoon we decided that the group of small islands on the Vembanad Lake, which is very much a part of Kuttanad region meet. It 'was an incredibly beautiful bird sanctuaryEnvironment, more than 14 hectares of land - a popular meeting place of migratory birds (including herons, teal, waterfowl, cuckoo, wild duck and migratory birds like the Siberian storks) and a paradise for ornithologists! We were told that the best way to watch the birds of the Kumarakom sanctuary is a boat ride. However, we did not have enough time for shipping, but to explore our full of lush green islands and the quiet beauty of the Vembanad lake which stretches across the continent in aSeries of lagoons and rivers. Together they have created all the beautiful landscape that is still fresh in my memory like a drop of morning dew!
It 'was the last night of our tour, and the beating heart with the sheer ecstasy of the environment, and the pain of parting ways with the magic of Kerala, we have achieved
Whispering Palms Lake Resort, the 4-star resort in Kumarkon on the shores of Lake Vembanadu. E 'was interesting to discover that this structure is also adornednatural backwaters! This was the last night of our honeymoon stay in the picturesque port, we had chosen us. For the night memorable, take the luxury of rest, we stayed awake until the wee hours of the night, not in our room, but outside, watching the spectacular beauty of the lagoons is undaunted by high palm trees and coconut palms, which consists of a point just outside the resort enjoyed! As children seated on the lap of motherNature, we had our feet floating in the water, and also had a small price to pay. One of my sandals suddenly disappeared in the floods, and after a while 'we knew it was useless to seek it. How we laughed our giggles and "doing nothing" in the air evaporated and mixed with the mystical magic of the beautiful settings Kumarkon! Now, a few thousand miles to stay away from my country, I have nostalgia nostalgia for nature and the zeal of those few daysspent in exploration of the complex wonder of nature in Kerala, God's country! A day before he died, we'd love to live the idyllic days! Until then, all I can do is close my letter with these famous lines from William Wordsworth:
"The Earth has yet to show more fair / Dull would he state of mind that could pass by /
A sight so touching in its majesty! "
